Terms of Service

Last updated: March 14, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Chain-Monitor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

These Terms are a legally binding agreement between you and the Service operator. Your use of the Service is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

Chain-Monitor is an informational notification service that monitors public blockchain data. The Service allows you to monitor wallet addresses across multiple blockchain networks and receive real-time notifications via webhooks.

Important:

The Service is not a wallet, exchange, or payment service, does not store private keys, and does not initiate transactions. The Service provides informational notifications and is not financial advice.

3. Account & Access

Some features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and promptly notify us of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Monitoring & Notifications

You configure addresses, networks/tokens, thresholds, and delivery channels. You understand that notifications may be delayed, not delivered, or contain incomplete data due to blockchain characteristics, third‑party providers, network conditions, load, or outages.

  • Webhook: you are responsible for your endpoint availability, security, processing, and storage of payload.
  • Telegram: delivery depends on Telegram and its platform limitations.

5. Credits & Payments

The Service uses a prepaid credits model. Credits are deducted for certain actions (e.g., sending notifications) and may be added (e.g., pack purchases or promotional grants).

Credits are digital non‑financial goods, have no monetary value outside the Service, and are generally non‑refundable. We may pause active monitoring when credits are insufficient.

6. Prohibited Use

  • hacking, attempting to bypass limits, abusing the API, DDoS/scanning
  • using the Service unlawfully or infringing third‑party rights
  • malware, phishing, spam, fraud
  • interfering with the Service or infrastructure

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its UI, code, and materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error‑free performance, timely notifications, or accuracy/completeness of data. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages, lost profits, loss of data, or damages arising from delays/non‑delivery of notifications, infrastructure failures, or third‑party services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, security risks, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable law as determined by mandatory rules and the place of service provision. We encourage you to first try to resolve disputes by contacting us via the Contact page.
